The 2017 Winner of the People's Choice Contest is #2, Gracelynn Elaine Buckler. Gracie is the 8 month old daughter of Samantha and Zach Buckler of Odessa, Missouri. Gracie has strong ties to Mayview through her mother's side of the family. Two sets of her Great, Great, Great Grandparents lived in the Mayview area and both sets of her Great, Great Grandparents lived most of their lives in Mayview and were very active in the community.
Larry and Karen (Jennings) McAllister (her mother's grandparents) graduated from Mayview High School. Gracie's maternal grandfather, Robert McAllister spent his early life in the Mayview area and started school in Mayview. |
